Raise a Purchase Order After Invoicing
Once you converted a quote into an invoice, the PO button used to disappear — leaving no easy way to order from your vendor for work you'd already billed. Now the button stays put. Invoicing your client and raising a purchase order with your supplier are separate jobs, so you can do either one in any order.
Click PO on a converted quote and it works exactly as before: line items, quantities, and costs are pre-filled from the quote, and the new purchase order is linked back to it. If the quote already has a purchase order, you'll still be asked before creating another.
