Renewals on Your Dashboard and Client Pages
Renewals now show up where you actually work. Your dashboard has a new Upcoming renewals card listing anything overdue or due in the next 30 days, and every client's overview page now includes their renewals with urgency at a glance — end dates, days remaining, and amounts — so account conversations start with the full picture.
Track Your Own Renewals, Not Just Clients'
Renewals no longer have to belong to a client. Tick "Internal — our own business" when adding a renewal to track your own SSL certificates, domain names, and tool subscriptions — often the easiest ones to forget. SSL certificate and domain renewals also get their own fields now: certificate domain, issuer, and host, or registrar and DNS provider.
Vendor Lookup That Actually Looks Up
Typing in the renewal form's vendor field now searches your vendor list as you type — with full keyboard support — and picking a vendor fills in its contact details automatically. Adding a new vendor on the spot still works, and it now carries the contact info everywhere vendors appear.
Smoother Quoting from Renewals
Creating a quote from a renewal now opens the same quote builder everywhere — from the renewals list or a renewal's page — pre-filled with suggested term dates, and the quote is linked into the renewal's history automatically. (This also fixes an issue where the old standalone quote page could fail to save.)
Renewals Stay Current on Their Own
Renewals now move themselves through the early stages: they're flagged as approaching when 90 days out, and ones that lapse without action are marked accordingly — with a one-click Reopen Renewal if you renewed late and want to pick it back up. Groundwork is also in place for daily email reminder digests, arriving in an upcoming release.
Better Xero Invoice Syncing
- Plain-English error messages — common Xero sync problems now explain what went wrong and what to do, instead of showing raw error codes.
- Re-sync approved invoices — invoices already approved in Xero can be re-synced with your latest changes right up until a payment is applied.
- Smarter item auto-creation — items created in Xero during a sync now carry full details, and you can set a default purchase account for them.
- Long item codes handled gracefully — instead of failing, syncs now shorten over-long item codes and tell you what was adjusted.
- A new in-app Xero sync reference page explains exactly how syncing behaves, field by field.
Smaller Improvements
- Editing a renewal opened from a direct link or bookmark now always loads correctly.
- Imported renewals flagged for review can now be filtered on the renewals list.
- A renewal's billing frequency (for example, annual contracts billed monthly) now saves properly and powers the billing-period option when quoting.
