Invoice Creation Restored
Creating a new invoice could fail with an unexpected error once you had already created a handful of invoices in the same calendar month. It affected every way of creating an invoice — entering one by hand, building one from a quote, and converting a quote into an invoice.
This is fixed. Invoice creation now works regardless of how many invoices you've raised this month.
Invoice Numbers Continue In Sequence
Invoice numbers now always continue from the highest number already used that month. Previously they could fill in an earlier unused number instead of carrying on the sequence.
Your existing invoice numbers are unchanged. If this month's invoices show gaps or look out of order, that's a result of the old behaviour and is safe to leave as it is — no invoice number was ever duplicated.
