Edit Purchase Orders After Sending
You can now edit a purchase order after it's been sent — including its line items — right up until goods start arriving. Previously a PO locked as soon as it was sent, so fixing a typo or adjusting a quantity meant recreating it. Once a PO is being received (or is closed/cancelled), it locks as before to protect your receiving records.
Client & Description on the Purchase Order List
The purchase orders list now shows a Client column and a Description column, so you can scan and find the right PO without opening each one. The Client column is sortable and links straight to the client.
