Time Reports Overhaul
The time reports page has been completely revamped with powerful filtering and export capabilities:
- Comprehensive filters — Filter by billing type, invoice status, prepaid blocks, work category, location, approval status, and full-text search. Active filters are shown as badges with one-click removal.
- PDF export — Generate professional PDF reports with summary stats and breakdown tables. Choose between a compact summary report or a detailed report with every time entry.
- CSV export — Export any filtered view to CSV for use in spreadsheets.
Vendor Improvements
- Vendor logos — Upload custom logos or auto-fetch them from Clearbit. Logos appear throughout the vendor interface for quick visual identification.
- Purchase order activity — See PO activity and change history directly on vendor detail pages.
- Filter persistence — Vendor list filters and sort preferences are remembered across sessions.
- PO and SKU tabs — New dedicated tabs on vendor pages for purchase orders and SKU catalogs.
Quotes
- Faster search — New database index improves quote search performance.
- Filter persistence — Quote list filters are saved across sessions.
- Keyboard shortcuts — Navigate and manage quotes faster with keyboard shortcuts.
Other Improvements
- Simplified onboarding flow for new users.
- Scroll fade indicators for long content areas.
- Fixed Xero sync status getting stuck with a new "Mark as Synced" action.
