Revenue & Client Reports
Two new report pages give you deeper insight into your business. The Revenue report shows billing trends and breakdowns, while the Client report provides an overview of your client portfolio with health scores and activity summaries.
Redesigned Sidebar Navigation
The sidebar has been reorganized into collapsible sections for easier navigation. Groups are clearly separated with visual dividers, and the collapsed view shows section markers so you always know where you are. Breadcrumb navigation has also been added across the app for quick orientation.
Data Export
You can now export time entries, invoices, and quotes to CSV directly from their respective pages. Excel and PDF export options are coming soon — in the meantime, selecting those formats will download a CSV with a helpful notification.
Confirmation Dialogs
All destructive actions (like deleting records) now show a proper confirmation dialog instead of the browser's built-in popup. These new dialogs match the app's design and provide clearer context about what you're about to do.
Improved Search
Search has been standardized across the app for a more consistent experience. Results now appear faster and behave the same way whether you're searching clients, projects, vendors, or other records.
Invoice Duplication
Duplicating an invoice now correctly carries over SKU codes and source tracking fields, so you don't have to re-enter product details.
Email Reliability
Email sending for invoices, quotes, and purchase orders is now more robust. If a PDF attachment can't be generated, the email still sends and you'll see a notification explaining that the PDF was omitted. Error reporting has also been improved for easier troubleshooting.
Security & Stability
This release includes comprehensive security hardening across the platform, including improved data validation, tighter access controls, and better error handling throughout the application. Database queries have been optimized for performance and reliability.
Brand Refresh
Updated logos with the new aurora design featuring orange accent fills, with automatic light/dark theme switching across all pages.
