Contact-Aware Recipient Selection
When sending quotes, invoices, or purchase orders by email, the system now pulls in contacts from your address book. Primary and billing contacts are automatically added as recipients, and you can pick additional contacts from a dropdown or type in any email address manually. Add multiple TO and CC recipients in a single send.
Editable Email Body
You can now see and edit the full email body text before sending. Previously, the email body was fixed and hidden. Now you have full control over what your recipients read.
Save Your Default Email Text
After customizing an email body, check "Save as my default" to remember your preferred wording for future sends. Each email type (quote, invoice, purchase order) stores its own default independently. Reset to the original text anytime with one click.
Xero Reconnect Fix
Reconnecting your Xero integration now properly resets the sync status, ensuring invoices sync correctly after re-authorization.
