Prepaid Usage Reports
You can now generate detailed PDF reports showing how prepaid hours have been used for each client. Access this from Reports > Prepaid Usage to:
- View prepaid time entries for any date range
- Generate individual client reports as PDFs
- See remaining prepaid balance summaries
- Share usage reports directly with clients
